About Scott McKay
Scott McKay will provide practical implementation ideas from his experience in helping launch an enterprise-wide risk oversight approach at Cree. Scott will overview how this North Carolina based public company approaches the identification and assessment of risks across Cree‘s global operations and how management shares key risk information with its board of directors. He will provide practical tips of how ERM can be structured to add value (and not necessarily costs) with any size company, but especially in a small-to-medium enterprise.
