Graduate School Application Package

The Graduate School Application Package consists of the following:

• The Graduate School Standard Application
  (ApplyYourself - includes personal statement)
  
  If you intend to enroll in graduate courses in the summer prior to the start of the fall semester, please mark '"summer" on the graduate school application.
  
  
• N.C. residency form (if you wish to claim N.C. residency for tuition purposes)
  
  
• $65 application fee (international student application fee is $75)
  
  
• Official transcripts - 1 copy
  
  
• Three letters of recommendation (must include contact information)
  If your recommender would like to submit a hand-written letter, rather than filling out the online recommendation form provided by the ApplyYouself application, please ask them to use the following mailing address:

• TOEFL or IELTS for international applicants only

** You do not need to submit all of your application materials together. Please submit each portion as it is ready.**
