Welcome to the NC State Master of Accounting (MAC) Program
The Master of Accounting (MAC) program at NC State's College of Management is a 31 credit hour program that prepares students to meet the challenges and expectations of professional accounting and business careers in today's marketplace. The MAC program is designed to prepare students for entry level positions in professional accounting firms and for becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
The program begins in the fall with the option of starting classes in the summer. Our faculty combine rigorous technical accounting training with a general overview of business topics and a foundation in professional skills.
