The Jenkins Graduate School of Management, MBA Program is committed to ensuring the privacy of users of its MBA JobLink system.
The MBA JobLink system is provided in partnership with NACE, the National Association of Colleges and Employers, DirectEmployers Association Inc (a non-profit association comprised of a cooperative of employer members dedicated to enhancing the use of the internet for recruitment) and Symplicity Corporation, a software development company that maintains and operates NACElink.
Employers use NACElink to post employment opportunities and search the central resume database directly on NACElink.com, and the NCSU MBA Program uses NACElink to provide a web-based system for job and internship postings, as well as a resume database for its job seekers and employers.
MBA students use NACElink through their MBA Career Resources office to post resumes, review job opportunities, and apply to opportunities.
All data collected for the job listings/resume database are stored on NACElink secure servers. NACElink has technical, administrative, and physical security measures and safeguards in place to protect against loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under NACE’s control. Information and data collected is used for evaluation of employment activities, evaluation of educational programs, and reports developed for placement and salary surveys externally and internally.
NACE cannot use or sell individual candidate data. Unlike commercial vendors, NACE staff cannot look at individual data. Only MBA Program staff can retrieve individual candidate data. Students should contact MBA Career Resources if they have any concerns about the use of their information.
Jenkins Graduation School of Management, MBA Program has associated itself with NACE and NACElink in order to provide improved career services to its MBA students.
