6th Annual Passport Fair

Do you need to get a passport or update your current one? Come out to the Annual Passport Fair where students, faculty and staff can get their passports (new or updated) processed. The Passport Fail will be held at the Talley Student Center, South Gallery 2nd Floor on Nov. 17 from 10:00AM – 4:00PM.

First time Passport applicants will need to bring:

  1. Completed form DS-11
  2. Proof of US Citizenship (Original birth certificate – from town of birth or ordered online
  3. Original and Photocopy of ID front and back (Valid driver’s license, Current Military or Government ID)
  4. Check/Money Order ($ 75 application fee + $25 execution fee – checks must have individual’s name and address printed on them)
  5. Two (2) passport photos – color (Photos will be available @ Talley for $5)
