The Enterprise Risk Management Initiative

Funded in part by a $1 million gift from the Bank of America Foundation, the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Initiative – a university and industry partnership – was established to develop more effective enterprise risk management systems , to help companies manage risk and remain competitive. Through ongoing and targeted faculty and student research, professional development and academic courses, the ERM Initiative provides contemporary information to the academic and business communities, advancing knowledge and best practices.

To be internationally recognized as an Enterprise Risk Management thought leader.

Mission

To be a national and international thought leader in enterprise risk management and in the implementation of enterprise risk management in strategy development and corporate governance.
