Conference for Women
Sarah Parker, Chief Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court, was the keynote speaker at the College of Management's 6th Annual Conference for Women. "Peeling Back the Onion: How We Got to What We Know" is this year's conference theme.
"Peeling Back the Onion" was held on Friday, April 7, 2006, at Exploris Museum in downtown Raleigh. Approximately 250 women executives and leaders and the college's women graduate students gathered to share their stories of - and strategies for - success.
The Conference for Women begins with continental breakfast and networking at 8:30 a.m., followed by a panel discussion featuring several women's success stories, an experiential exercise, lunch and keynote speaker.
